HELPING YOU NAVIGATE
COMPLEX & SENSITIVE CONFLICT

CONFLICT COACHING

Conflict coaching is a private, confidential, one-on-one (or multi-party/group) process designed to assist clients to better deal with a conflict, dilemma or complex situation.

Conflict and other personal dilemmas can be challenging and uncomfortable for those who do not operate or function in that space on a daily basis. Ongoing conflict can have a debilitating effect on a person, create an unproductive and inefficient environment (both professional and personal lives) and have a negative effect on your mental health.

Through working with a professional conflict coach, a client aims to develop a deeper understanding of the problem and their responses to it. In a private setting, clients can explore a wide range of factors that contribute to how they handle a situation. Clients are also able to better explore the conflict and consider a range of possible solutions and pathways forward.

CONFLICT COACHING  APPLICATIONS

Conflict coaching is an effective process  for individuals across a broad range of situations and needs.  Clients may engage in conflict coaching where other formal processes may have commenced, such as mediation or litigation. Clients often benefit from the therapeutic aspects of conflict coaching, whilst retaining the services of their legal representatives.

Conflict coaching is also a core component of Executive Coaching, assisting professionals to consider a variety of situations or conflict outside of the workplace setting. Conflict coaching that occurs outside of the workplace can assist clients to keep decision making processes and considerations independent to other colleagues, staff or board.
